Rules And Eligibility

Individuals Submitting Entries for the India Digital Awards 2025 should be Actively Involved in India on the Submitted Digital Project Between. 1st October 2023 to 30th September 2024.

Rules:
  1. Please fill out a separate form for each category
  2. All submissions must be in English
  3. Each submission should clearly demonstrate the strength in the specific category by articulating differentiators, innovation, and impact created
  4. Application fees applicable per category / submission
  5. Submissions open till 23:59 IST on 5th December 2024.
  6. In categories with 3 or less entries, the judging scores will decide whether an entry is awarded a Gold, Silver or Bronze. In cases where there are fewer entries in the category, judges will unanimously decide whether there should be a shortlist and/or whether any trophies should be awarded at the second round of judging.
  7. Startup Eligibility:Startups must be no older than 5 years will be considered for nominations.

Refund Policy: Once paid, no refunds will be issued

Judging Process:

The India Digital Awards nominees and winners are selected by judges from the best work entered through the call for entries. Judging is done in two stages:

 

PHASE ONE | PRE-SCREENING

  1. The shortlist is decided on a pre-set criteria for the respective category.
  2. Judges evaluate and score each entry.
  3. Each campaign is screened by multiple judges.
  4. A voting system selects the highest marks given in each category.
  5. The entries with the highest scores become the category finalists.
 

PHASE TWO | JURY MEET

  1. The shortlist is decided on a pre-set criteria for the respective category.
  2. Voting by Judges establishes the ranking in each category, which is the basis for the juries' discussion.
  3. Judges evaluate the merits of each shortlisted entry to determine the category winners.
  4. Judges score each campaign from 1-10 - 1 being lowest and 10 being highest.
  5. Scores are tabulated, and entries are awarded.
 

Judging Crieteria

A comprehensive methodology has been established to fairly and accurately evaluate each entry based on its merits. The assessment criteria include:

  1. Strategy

    Entries will be evaluated on how well they demonstrate a thoughtful and insightful approach to the core issue and target audience, maintaining consistency with the strategy throughout all campaign elements.

  2. Execution

    The jury will look for a clear cause-and-effect relationship between the campaign's objectives, strategy, and outcomes. They will also consider factors such as the effective use of resources and technical excellence in executing integrated campaigns.

  3. Creativity and Innovation

    The jury will assess the originality of the concept, creative use of communication channels, and innovation in measuring results.

  4. Results

    The evaluation will consider the complexity of the challenge, the scale of the results, and how effectively the strategies and communication methods achieved the set objectives.

  5. Additional Considerations

    The jury will also qualitatively assess the clarity of the written submission, including campaign overview, challenges, objectives, strategy, and results. Wherever possible, include facts and figures to support claims, providing the jury with a well-rounded and informed perspective of your campaign.
